My
Approach
Coaching is not a therapy. Coaching is just what it says it is - coaching you to get the best out of yourself, for yourself and those around you.
Deep down I believe we all know what we really want. We know what we need to change to lead a more fulfilling and satisfying life; whether it is changing a relationship, moving jobs, developing time management skills or readjusting our lifestyles.
In this so called age of victim culture; coaching throws the responsibility fairly and squarely back to you. You need to take ownership of your life, your skills and your authenticity. If you choose to do that, and that in itself needs courage, I can work with you to focus on the necessary changes you want to make.
Coaching is about changing behaviour. It does not look at, for example, the reasons why you may go to Sainsburys every Friday evening. We do not dwell in the past. We would focus on what you really want to do on a Friday evening and put structure in a place to inspire you to do that.
Coaching is not a successful tool for everyone. You need some self belief, some self respect and some self esteem. It is not for those who play victim, who blame outside sources and choose to stay powerless.
It is for those people who really do want to change, to be more effective in their lives and for those who want to make an impact on the world.
Above all it is about truth, respect and integrity to yourself and others. To be the best you can be.
You have only one life, make the best of it. A coach can help you do that. I can help you do that.
